Check-in time from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., later check-in is possible on request and subject to availability. Please let us know your arrival time so that we can organize a pick-up from the train station.

Check-out by 11:00 a.m., later check-out possible on request. We will bring you back to the train station.

The cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the travel dates and rate type. Please enter your travel dates and check the conditions of your chosen room type and rate.
All reservations require your credit card details to guarantee the booking.
With standard rates you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The full amount is due for cancellations within 30 days of arrival or in the event of no-show. Name changes are possible.
Non-refundable rates require full non-refundable prepayment at time of booking. No refunds are possible in case of cancellation or no-show, this condition remains valid even in case of cancellation due to COVID-19 or other force majeure. Name changes are possible.

All apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
Children of all ages are welcome. The Monte Cristo offers free use of baby cots, high chairs and other facilities for children (upon request).
There is no space for extra beds.
Your apartment will be cleaned every third day. Daily cleaning is possible on request (for a fee). Final cleaning is included in the price.
