LOCATION

The car-free Zermatt can be reached by train, taxi or helicopter. Drivers can park their car in a multi-storey car park in Täsch.

The apartment house Monte Cristo is beautifully located between the mountains and village, in Winkelmatten, a only 8 minute walk from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Cable Car (Zermatt-Furi Gondola).

The centre of Zermatt, with the main shopping street and many bars and restaurants, is reachable by a 20-minute walk or a few minute ride with an electro taxi. The closest ski bus stop is just 100 m away.
