Terms & conditions

All reservations require credit card by time of booking for a guarantee. The cancellation and prepayment conditions change depending on the rate type and the dates of travel.

The Standard-Rate can be cancelled free of charge 30 days prior arrival. After the 30 days or in case of no-show we will charge the full amount of your booking.

By Non-Refundable-Rates the full pre-payment has to be made. There will be no refund in case of cancellation. This conditions also stay with cancelation due to COVID-19 or higher risk. Name change is allowed.
